that's awesome 😀 It's going to feel very fresh if you haven't used Joy or Factor.

The best way to break into Forth, I think, is through Leo Brodie's illustrated book

@igb@hccp.org @rek @neauoire Random facts about Forth that I can remember offhand.

SUN Microsystems adopted Forth for their OpenFirmware boot code. Apple eventually adopted OF when moving to OS X back in 2000. So two big users of Forth right there.

@igb openfirmware on the ibook was my first interaction with forth ever.

@neauoire @rek Definitely cool stuff, and it's too bad it couldn't have skipped Intel migration and come BACK on Arm/A-series cpus.
