Day 22: Best Enterprise Episode
These are the voyages obviously, nothing controversial happened in that episode at all.
In a mirror darkly is a two parter, otherwise it'd have been that.
The best part of Enterprise was the story arc of the Vulcans being totally unlike later Vulcans.
But let's go with Carbon Creek since it's stand alone and I really liked it.

I think a few people have mentioned it, but it'd really be nice to see Earth not limited by resources and petty squabbles.

Day 25: Favourite Discovery Episode
I'm struggling a bit on this as a lot of the episodes are deeply serialized, but let's go for...
Brother S02E01, it introduces Pike properly, it introduces Jett Reno and it gets Discovery on a much better footing than season 1.
