Hi, I'm Crissy (Bliss) Addams. I help people feel better in their bodies and lives.

I believe our body is like a garden. I use Lifestyle Medicine (healthy habits like food, sleep, and movement) to remove the "weeds" of stress and old pain. I teach you how to treat yourself with Self-Respect: the master switch for healing.

My Approach:
1. Release Stress: I combine Traditional Chinese Medicine with modern tools like TENS, ultrasound, and cupping to help your body let go of pain.
2. Build Connection: I help you create kinder relationships. When you are clear inside, your impact grows.

Living Authentically: I'm a naturist and proud bisexual woman. I advocate for body autonomy and the healing power of returning to our natural state (free from constraints, both physical and societal).
