An sich ist es so gut: eine Aufgabe = ein Tool.

Leider gibt es in Dtld./der EU keine/kaum(?) gesetzl. Zwang für die IT, Standards einzuhalten.
Man stelle sich das bei Autos vor: jeder hat Pedale und Lenkrad funktionsmäßig anders. Wir hätten viel "Spaß" auf den Straßen!
In der IT normal so.
