unless the datasets a wholly public, you will just have to trust that they don't contain copyrighted material. Besides that, the whole bit about manipulation of individuals? Would that include the algorithms used in social media feeds?

I'm more concerned about unregulated AI than imperfect regulations which can be democratically adjusted over time.

Earthquakes routinely expose the differences between places with and without building codes.

Don't the first two points of "unacceptable risks" already exist and have been for quite a while: social media?

"Cognitive behavioural manipulation of people or specific vulnerable groups: for example voice-activated toys that encourage dangerous behaviour in children

Social scoring: classifying people based on behaviour, socio-economic status or personal characteristics"
