They fully expected the backlash, maybe the players will have to actually massively request refunds or something to make Sony reconsider.

@Jojonintendo It is very probable. Maybe Arrowhead Game Studios is to blame here. I associate them with strange and questionable responses from the community managers. The drama will unfold later next week. 🍿 🍿 🍿

As soon as I saw that "she" comment everything coming from outside of Sony and Arrowhead became suspect.

I was there for gamergate, I know the kind of people that do that, and some of them are very smart complete pieces of shit.

I looked up more posts from Arrowhead, they def read as super cheesed about the whole thing.
