all OSes have already power over all applications running with it. Super power means to impose over all other OSes. Would this mean to replace Microsoft or Apple? Over Desktops, Mobiles or Server (or one of them) ? If none-profit, open source is already super power then I don't.t see demand for another. And not super power to rule world (IT) domination.

I would have say to have total control over the machine, but it sounds controlling and suffocating.

But if in case this becomes a possibility in the future, I would like my Linux to create its own driver so every new device it will encounter will be at least usable to the end user. This will help the machine not rely mostly in the kernel update for a device to work. But still to make this work, device drivers should be standardized to make this a reality.

Getting smart at last, so that I can finally understand and learn programming, which would allow me to finally develop some amazing new GNOME applications 😁
