The question "which linux is the best" is wrong. "which linux is the best for me" is the right question.

I've learned that it's the choice of Desktop Environment that matters, and any major distro will work. I run GNOME with Flatpak on Fedora, Debian, and zypper on openSUSE, and don't really notice any performance difference.

I had to use Windows for a while — as a Linux user, it was an interesting experience, but not one I'd care to repeat.
