For me, the fluffier the better.
But in both pictures the doggy is cute 🙂

furry style but a trim around the face would help eyesight. Short hair is probably easier to avoid matting and tangles. Cutie pie in both pics!

The two photos may look different, but it's still the same happy dog.
Although I do prefer the fluffy version 🤔 😊

Dogs are not fashion statements.

Only HEALTH & WELLBEING should be considered when grooming dogs.

Don't follow antiquated breed standards. Find out if your dog breed should be groomed and if so, how to do it to help dog.

fluffy ❣️ but indeed might be a tick hot in the summer and the fringe might somewhat limit the view 😉

It's not a matter of preference, it's a matter of health.

The left photo is (most likely) the norm for that breed. However, some of her/his coat looks compacted and dirty. Not to mention the right leg looks like (s)he had the fur shaved off for a bandage.

If it weren't for the bandage, (s)he should have been washed and lighlty trimmed. The main focus being to removed compacted / matted coat. But instead the whole body was shaved to allow it re-grow evenly.

Torn! Handsome boi on the right; floof on the left. How can I possibly choose just one???

Before. Although both adorable. Just looks cuddlier in the before pic.

Puppycut for the win! Our dogs love to swim and it's much easier to dry them. They're more comfortable in the summer and we keep an inch+ coat on them in the winter.
