Apparently the new update is losing players' progress steamcommunity.com/app/1942280โ€ฆ

I just did a quick check and my progress has been lost too. Switching back from the Linux version to the Windows version + Proton doesn't help.

That's strange, since it was coded in Godot, one would think native Linux was there from the start.

@db0 a game engine supporting Linux means absolutely nothing

otherwise that same thought could be applied to unity, unreal and so on

I disagree. Godot makes it trivial to export linux executables. I'm saying this as someone who's actually written games in Godot. It would take effort to **not** have a game run on Linux with Godot.

@db0 disagree all you like, you can quite easily stop any game engine being fully portable with enough custom stuff going in
