The only value I've ever gotten from Reddit is as a good support group for a disease I have. Will this threaten that, or some other aspect of Reddit?
I think I'd prefer this over ad industry funding, but what else am I missing?

in reply to Liam @ GamingOnLinux 🐧🎮 • • •OMG, I didn't know it before I see your toot, thanks for the tip. Honestly I never used reddit because I find it cumbersome, weird, not practical to use and still don't get the purpose of it compared to good old forums powered py PHPBB and alternatives.
But maybe I'll try Lemmy if I find it interesting to use.
