Prior to making the relatively large investment to replace your range, I hope that people will buy an induction hot plate or two to start learning how great they are to cook upon and allow them to immediately reduce how much methane they are responsible for burning and emitting.

when time came for us to buy a new stove we accidentally bought induction without realizing it. A new cookware set later we haven’t looked back! It’s amazing!

I tip I read elsewhere: you can put a silicone mat over the induction cooker, and your pans will still heat just fine on top of it, but your pans won't slide around and cleanup will be super easy.

We just remodeled our kitchen and I insisted on an induction cooktop. So far, so good! Takes a minimal amount of learning.

We recently moved to a house that has an induction hob, and WOW! what a difference it makes.
I'm convinced, my wife is slowly coming round to the idea, and it's cheaper as well!
