A city-building colony-sim where a bunch of Beavers are building a society long after us pesky humans died off is not a thing I thought I needed but Timberborn is properly great.
the wife has been playing that. She seems to enjoy it quite a bit. She tends towards FPSs so it must be pretty decent for her to veer into this so hard.
I played the demo, and tho I have the release version, I have not played it much. Instead, I've been playing Farthest Frontier, on and off, to scratch that "city-building" itch.
Be very careful, everytime I boot up that game, I loose 4 days of my life, now matter how much I convince myself I am gonna approach it differently this time.
