Minecraft Java is switching from OpenGL to Vulkan for the Vibrant Visuals update

Work continues for the Vibrant Visuals update to come to Minecraft Java, and as part of that they're switching the rendering from OpenGL to Vulkan.

can’t wait for this to break a ton of mods.
But it’ll be worth it I think. After all, with the recent de obfuscation it should surely be easy to fix them?
