Or just move to any industrialized country other than the US...

(Not that there aren't some developing countries with good health care, but that's a longer story I don't know much about.)

We live in a charlatan's heaven these days. The only problem is to achieve this, one must suspend all morals and be willing to ruin lives or even cause deaths.

For some that doesn't seem to be much of a stumbling block anymore.
