And it's better this way. Because, if they do, you would be personally responsible for every real or perceived flaw in any software. I had friendships nearly broken because of that. I don't suggest anything, it's "use your brain or pay in money, data, dependency". And there is no support to be had from me.
Sadly, no. I had a lot of "I already tested it (like 15 years ago) and I don't like terminal/I didn't like that distro/I had one bug with Ubuntu and gave up".
I really get that "I already tested it" a lot, like it wasn't changing over the years....
