The GPU industry is so broken right now and to make things worse, MSI thought it would be a good idea to do a lottery for a chance to win the ability to buy a GPU.
The one and only "ready to run" it self built pc I bought was the MSI Aegis something something 5. With a 3090 i9 11900K and 128GB of ram. Power machine. Monster. Superfast. Ugly as fuck. Build to the limit. Permanently overheating, even with the water cooling unit which was built in. No thank you. No MSI parts for a looooong time. And no nVidia on Linux. Not until the OSS drivers are usable.

Granted it doesn't replace really high end cards but it's kind of to the point where it makes more sense to rent compute time than to try and buy one.
