No, it seems for some weird reasons global problems can only discussed in the national frame and intellectual limits. Here in Europe we can't even discuss clearly European problems in the European frame. It has to be the national frame. I don't know what's broken with people (though I think it's at least partly a weird press issue)...

I was thinking today that anyone who thinks the science isn't in on climate change should *really* not take any form of medication – climate science is based on hundreds of thousands of observations, probably millions. Pharma studies may have a few hundred observations. Environmental policy, which I did, often relied on a handful of samples for make determinations.
