In your dissertation, I recommend that you comment on the contradiction between secret text editing by a politician's staff versus the radical transparency of the Internet epoch.

The Pirate Parties (PP) [1] are a real-world example of national-level political decision-making that claims to be fully transparent (like the Usenet, Debian, Wikipedia).

The biggest success so far is the Czech PP [2].
