Playnite is a very popular free and open source video game library manager, one used a lot on Windows and a developer has confirmed they will be working on Linux support.

A good alternative, at least for my usage is the Pegasus Frontend. I installed it on my Debian "Gamestation" that I use for small Couch-Coop or Party games.
It may not do the exact same thing but I manage all my games with it...😁

why do we need game "launchers". A game is a program. It should be able to run without a launcher... Please correct me if I'm wrong 🙏
