1) macOS is pretty much Linux but Steve Jobs took all the bad parts and replaced them with nicer looking professional versions so it's better to just use a Mac.
2) "We invented Linux" -SCO

It is a fringe OS, not suitable for desktop usage. I’ve used it as my desktop at home and with for close to 2 decades. Most of our inside salespeople, assembly workers, and receptionist have run Xubuntu for almost 2 years. After some initial complaints, they seem to prefer it.

doesn't work with drivers - this has been improving and lately I haven't had any problems other than Bluetooth.

(I can't get Bluetooth to work reliably on windows either, so I don't count that)

- shhh.. it's really terrible.. don't use it.. really.. just keep using that OS you're used-to.. that one "all government and medical systems rely on.. "centrally controlled and regulated"..

That you can convince anyone who doesn’t, to use Linux.
Corollary, BTW: That you can convince anyone you’re not pretentious, regardless of how it came up that you use Arch.

Linux won't let me play my favorite games.

I believe that isn't entirely true, but I haven't really tested it, either.

(Games in question: Civilization II (yes, II, can't run it throrugh Windows anymore, either), Titan Quest and Valheim, the last two through Steam.)
