Sadly, Windows is still a privacy hell, even more so with their latest service contract. Sending all your private data to AI analyzers and potentially storing the data there or passing it to third parties is such a no-go that I'll never switch back to using Windows. Luckily, with Proton gaming on Linux is now really easy. And I don't have to deal with crappy kernel-level DRM enforcement tools some games use.

I can't help but wonder where Microsoft is going with this new found good will towards Linux. It's hard to believe it's on the up and up.
