somehow I can't take the people who regularly remove everything from streaming and cancel every show if it looks like it'll hit 3 seasons seriously when they talk about other people causing media disruption and harming support workers

One the problems with our society is that we don't represent well the on going equities of workers while overemphasizing the short term benefits we give to investors.

That's not to say investment capital isn't important, but there's such an imbalance in the reward system that it leads us to do silly things from a holistic standpoint.

If it's not #disruptive, it's hardly a #strikes. When you live next to #France, you learn to appreciate strikes that anything less than apocalyptic.

Similarly, corporations want to sell their products and services on a subscription model but don’t want to pay for labor on a subscription model. They know subscription benefits the seller, while ownership benefits the buyer.
