I remember being a beta tester back when it was new. Now, it works very well for most games thanks to Proton.

it's crazy how much of a struggle it's been. Stat Counter has hit as high as 5% by now. It really is just the cyber cafes holding Linux back.

i used to mess around with wine configs to get windows games to work. I can't remember the last time I had to do it. In many cases games just run better with proton than they do on Windows

very cool. I got myself a Lenovo Go (Steam deck knock-off).

First thing I did was to re-image it with Steam OS. It's so, so nice ๐Ÿฅฐ

Itโ€™s the year of the Linux desktop! Finally.

Seriously, current gaming mobo canโ€™t Win11, so switching it to Linux after extended Win10 support ends.
