Where do I find the Upgrade Assistant? The "Extensions" (Gnome 46) application that comes with Ubuntu 24.4 does not seem to support this feature?!?

This feature can be misleading, especially (or maybe even only) when it comes to system installed extensions. It usually says that system extensions are unsupported even when they are.
