That's great that we're finally seeing a third-party Steam controller happen! Here's hoping more companies do some, too

(still holding out hope for an official Steam Controller 2 though...)

Might be worth getting, Hori has a stellar track record, but I'm comfortable with my current controllers too

Hi Liam, do you know if there is a #VR #treadmill compatible with #linux? I thought of buying a #valve #index once I have money and time to use it and I imagine myself running through rpg worlds but with plain vr you are not supposed to move a lot. I wrote katvr but their techsupport reaponded me that they only support windows.

@luna @euphoric_cat for now yes, but not announcing in other markets doesnโ€™t mean it wonโ€™t come, itโ€™s clearly not fully ready yet

based on that feature set, if it gets released here and is comfortable i think it might replace my dualsense as my main controller

trackpads would've been nice tho

for now at least, but I would assume they'll release it elsewhere later on (would really surprise me if they decided to miss out on that market)

I have the controls and form of the steam deck without the screen on my wishlist for the steam controller 2
