I could see a slight refresh of the steam deck happening, but not a total overhaul. Better thermals, larger battery would probably be it. I would also like to see an updated Steam controller to work seamlessly with the official dock

Great points and goals for this year I’ll add a few:
1) Store on SteamOS hides the required disk space on game pages. Fix this now. I guarantee you’ll get more sales.
2) Make official tools to add all the related SteamOS UI artwork and naming or description content. There are 4 images per title used and one is really hard to see and set.
3) I play retro games on emulators and with the SD card where updates constantly break configs. Let’s make it more stable!

Great list. I wish that Valve would do something against that launcherbloat. It doesn't make any sense. Products can be advertized through the steamstore. Launchoptions (graphics API selection)can be set through steam. There is no need for launchers when it comes to steam since steam is a gamelauncher by itself.

Will GOG pay attention? I'd start buying games there again, if they'd just give Galaxy to Linux.

I got an Xbox 1914 controller for my Linux box, it wouldn't pair with Linux until it's firmware was updated in Windows first..
