Valve seeing increasing bug reports due to Steam Snap - other methods recommended

Canonical announced some time ago their Steam Snap which was promoted as stable with Ubuntu 23.04, as they continue to push their own packaging format with Snap but it seems this has been causing problems for Valve.

I've been using the flatpak for years, and I've never had any particular problems with it.

Canonical has been asking frequently for feedback on the snap, maybe directing people there is the best thing to do (like you did).

If it's not because valve packaged it wrong, isn't the responsibility for fixing the issues (assuming the issue is with snap itself) on canonical/the snap team?

Hoping Snap works well soon. Flatpak, however, may be overtaking Snap's popularity now, so it might just be discarded altogether.
