Steam just invited all of Twitch to use their video Streaming platform. And they offered 150 free SteamDecks. This is EXACTLY what I thought would happen.
I gave up on watching it on Steam. Even if it works, you can't scale the video in windowed mode, so it was tiny on my 1440p monitor, and I can't watch the deck winners or chat when in fullscreen. All around a bad experience.
some guy was like "Valve better have some damn solid servers" guess not 🙁 I did check devtools and see that it seems like akamai was handling the stream and 403ing at the moment when the errors started coming back.
