It would have been nice gesture if they refunded the software purchases directly to a Steam wallet, but this is better than nothing. Kudos to google for doing the right thing.
I got my #Stadia hardware refund last night. I think thatโs everything now. I havenโt logged on there in a while, but Iโm still trying to figure out what I can do about #BaldursGate3. Not sure if I should try it on my #SteamDeck.
Fair enough since I completed Red Dead Redemption 2 and Cyberpunk on Stadia. Many hours of fun for free. And getting my money back for Humankind is also very nice because buying it was kind of a mistake.
I never bought into the stadia stuff but I got a stadia controller for free with my YouTube premium, now use it to play games on Linux. Not a half bad controller imo.
I got a refund for my free game a couple of weeks ago (got a $40 coupon somehow, I donโt remember anymore) Was quite funny to see a $0.00 refund email, I guess there where no minimum limits put on the script doing the refunds ๐
