If you bring designs to a stakeholder meeting, they will assume you need help and try to make design decisions for you.
Snap them out of their semantic context to have more productive conversations, and avoid getting stuck pixeling up their ideas.

Samsonov • • •I’ve been super lucky to not yet experience being given a solution by a stakeholder and asked to just “design it”… however I’m currently running into hurdles with stakeholders being hyper focused on a specific solution they saw our competitors do even though that’s likely not the most impactful thing we could work on right now.
This gave me a lot of food for thought on digging into “why” they want this thing.
