I’m on a journey to move to Linux from macOS, my 2 main issues are lack of software choice (few commercial software, open alternatives not always on par with paying solutions), very high entry barrier with all the terminal stuff leading to constant forum/yt searching. To me it’s a bit like trying to replace Mac with iPad for Apple fans: seems cool but hard to achieve for average guy like me due to many limitations. But I feel the basics are here and it’s improving quick!
