The Steam Deck OLED releases officially from Valve today, bringing with it numerous improvements to my favourite Linux-powered gaming handheld and here's my initial thoughts on spending some time with it.

I just wondered, will you be able to stream games from a Linux powered desktop in HDR if said desktop is unable to display HDR?

The Desktop is running Fedora 38 if it's relevant.

well shit, but what about the reverse? Does that mean a HDR equiped desktop to steam deck lcd would have issues if desktop is in HDR mode ?
