I did a month of Rust. It was okay but it didn't stick. If I was doing low level stuff maybe it would but I found Kotlin, and now Dart, get me where I need to go. I did take away from it my love of Result Monads though. Kotlin had a good library for that but Dart didn't so that was the first Dart/Flutter Library I ever wrote: https://nequalsonelifestyle.com/2021/11/29/result-monads-in-dart-and-flutter/
