ouh So I just installed porteus on a usb, I want to test it on various computers and laptops. I'll keep Slackware on my laptop. I like to test some distros to see how they evolve: Q4OS, Siduction and Triskel.
As for new distros, Nutyx and Guix have been eyeing me for years now.
I also want to install either /e/ or graphene on my phone.. but been procrastinating.

I'm currently using Fedora KDE on most of my devices, but this year I plan to explore other KDE distributions like Kubuntu and OpenSUSE.

I'm so the opposite of a distro hopper.

If it works, why change?

I'll explore Tuxedo OS when the snapdragon laptop will be available for purchase

Fedora. I have an old laptop I'm trying to use and hoped it would make the camera work, but so far nothing. That being said, Fedora is nice, DNF is cool (better to use than Arch's Pacman), but I miss the pacman animation.

Pop Os, I'm coming from debain + i3, it feels like ... Apple stuff. But I'm really considering something more simple, that could be installed and configured for work fast....

After a year I'm still in the exploring phase of NixOS

I’ve just downloaded @pop_os_official alpha 5. I want to check out the progress of the OS.

As of current, my latest hop was into Nobara Linux. I've been relatively impressed with how well it functioned out of the box, especially with a triple monitor setup. Took me a while to get used to KDE, as MX used XFCE and Mint used Cinnamon, but I'm starting to get comfortable with this. I made this jump as it was Fedora based, which I had little experience with. Gaming worked out of the box. No tinkering needed for those pesky 32 bit games. And if I want, I can boot back into MX.

currently trying #raspbian with some Scratch, Python & #arduino projects on the horizon on my free time, with the objective to introduce all of it to my kids.

Still really satisfied with #linuxmint on my old laptop, I use mainly #libreoffice for my uni homeworks.

Maybe I’ll come back to #manjaro on my newest one with double booting cause it’s fun messing around. Also interested in #steamos. It’s going to be a busy year!

I have Spirallinux running in a virtual machine for now. Maybe I'll give it a try. It's Debian with some modifications like a more recent kernel and better media support offering numerous desktop environments.
