to be honest, I think we need to build a new system, not keep duct taping this one. We need a constitution that is easier to amend, a form of government that can be changed quickly is voters are dissatisfied, an electoral system with safeguards against being hijacked by "powerful" people, and a means to contain would be plutocrats and oligarchs
