I didn't buy a bottle because I didn't want to cart it all the way to whereever I ended up. Figured I'd pick one up on the way back and ... well ... *waves arms vaguely* y'know.

by the description, I'd say Desert Quandong (it's the variety that is more fruity, the Blue one has very little fruit, and a large seed).

Desert Quandongs are meant to be very tasty indeed.
