Steam will now scale better with KDE and GNOME

In the latest Beta release for Steam from May 5th, Valve finally did some more work on scaling the UI of the Steam Client.

I'm on gnome 44.1 (wayland) with a 125% scaling an Steam Beta doesn't scale, even worse some elements aren't selectable with the mouse...
