I am in several Linux subreddits as well, some focused on helping beginners. Been seeing a lot of long time Windows users asking how to switch to Linux since Windows 10 support ends this October. It sounds like there are more and more people with privacy concerns about Windows 11 and Copilot being so tightly integrated. I have really enjoyed jumping in those conversations and promoting things like Fedora with KDE Plasma since itβs what I know and it similar in appearance to Windows.

You already see it happening with the dumbing down of GNOME desktop environment.
