Monster Sanctuary felt like a good Proof-Of-Concept. The systems were great, but the world, level-design and story were very boring.

Also most of the monsters were too similar. There were basically around 10 archetypes and the rest were variations on them.

So this has the potential to be great if they learned the right lessons.

I would so much want a good game of that kind with a good variety of creatures - to be able to let my bugs/insects love just go wild ^^
