run my software install script, then a separate copy/paste from my Joplin to install all flatpaks. OhMyZsh and ready to rumble. Ah, and replace my Vivaldi profile with the one I always have saved.

nowadays I do most through a fish script but theming wise I usually make it from scratch depending on the distribution in KDE. Sometimes more futuristic or more mac-like. Though until the theming community catches up it's a bit more difficult on KDE 6 for now.
