Baldur's Gate 3 gets a Native Linux version to improve it on Steam Deck

Larian have just released a fresh update for Baldur's Gate 3, which brings a Native Linux version made for the Steam Deck.

Due to the way it's set up though, you need to force Proton on Desktop Linux, as currently it's an empty download due to this.

Blimey. I literally just replied to you an hour ago about how Baldur’s Gate 3 runs so well with Proton on my venerable Mint Dell Latitude! This is awesome news.

The more I think about it I realise that the Steamdeck has been a gamechanger: I am not by any means a hardcore gamer. I live in Sweden and play Gloomhaven and Baldur’s Gate with my UK-based D&D friends I’ve been with since the 80s once a week. I do not own a Steamdeck but this is very welcome news for people like me.
