Larian have just released a fresh update for Baldur's Gate 3, which brings a Native Linux version made for the Steam Deck.

Due to the way it's set up though, you need to force Proton on Desktop Linux, as currently it's an empty download due to this.

awesome and worked ootb on both Bazzite + Bazzite Deck in Desktop mode as well.
