Steam Deck compatibility with Starfield to be discussed "later down the road"

Starfield is set to release on September 6th and there's obviously a lot of excitement around it but will it work on Valve's Steam Deck? That's not currently clear.

Since my two gaming systems are a PS5 and a Steam Deck...I won't be playing if it is not compatible.

totally offtopic, but that planet's ring there really bothers me. There should be a shadow there. Instead it looks like the ring gets lit by the sun -- even through the planet itself.
