I love my libraries and support librarians as much as I can.
It’s truly a miracle such places exist. Oh subject matter looks quite interesting from a polysci viewpoint! Lmk how you like them. As an adult, a guilty pleasure is graphic novels, weren’t even around as a kid, now so many stories are told or retold through them. So much fun!♾️❤️

It’s absolutely criminal some public school libraries in Houston are being closed and converted into student disciplinary punishment centers for those schools

Also, shout out to the Salem, MA public library who takes it on the road and hosts story time in Spanish and English AT THE LAUNDROMAT. Heroes. Legends. Unbeatable.

when I was a kid, we didn't have a lot. The library felt like a magical world of plenty. Will always fight for library funding.
