Oh I meant to ask you...do you have or know of anyone that could help me troubleshoot steam link?

I have a nvidia shield (the base version, no usb ports), and a bunch of linux computers.

Steam link works from my primary gaming box, but not from any of my other computers. It appears to be the resolution issue, but...

A) my primary gaming rig (which works) has the most resolutory differences from my tv and
B) I've tried the suggestions for adjusting the resolution to match the TV before launching the link, and it doesn't work.

I'm just waiting for the beta for the OS to reach stable, if for no other reason than KDE connect, that way I could still let them figure it out mostly by themselves and at the same time have easy transfer between all our devices

I would explain how to fix it with flatseal, but I'm trying to be a little more hands off and let them figure it out at their own pace, I can info dump way to much sometimes

"across Asia" is a bit of an exaggeration, don't you think? It's 4 regions.

If I sound frustrated, it's just because I'm in one of the many regions in Asia that still can't get it.

@loke Well, they're all in Asia, so the title fits. It's also just a title, the article text exists to expand on the title

Waving at Steam, hello, I would like one in Australia too one day, hopefully before it is an antique 😉

We're not even allowed to reserve one yet 😞
