To popularize Internet-in-a-box (internetinabox.org) in these trying times. To ensure at least some copies of wikipedia are *somewhere*.. solar powered.. and weirdly shaped like a "little free library", or maybe in real libraries. Maybe both.
To get people around me to move over. I never ask or tell them they should. I just talk about the cool things and they are starting to warm up and take an interest on their own. My flatmate wants to move over as soon as SteamOS releases a desktop distro. Yes yes ive mentioned Bazzite but she trusts valve.
honestly with the way windows has been treating her lately I think she will swap way before steamOS. Windows really is the best advertising for Linux (once people know linux exists)
I want to use linux as my streaming and main os eventually, using windows more for things like Infinity Nikki, (currently) Space Marine 2, and Arena Breakout Infinite
