Forspoken has been controversial for quite a lot of a reasons, but also a title many were looking forward to. The release was a bit rough but the developers are cleaning it up now and it has some Steam Deck fixes.Liam Dawe (GamingOnLinux)

in reply to Liam @ GamingOnLinux 🐧🎮 • • •After reading the issue tracker and experimenting with the new patch, I'm convinced all of this is Denuvo's fault.
With the new patch and default settings, it locks the model memory to low. But if you run with
PROTON_ENABLE_ NVAPI=1 SteamDeck=0 %command% -noDirectStorage
At least on Proton Hotfix, that opened the settings up. I tried switching to GE and am locked out by Denuvo for the day. 😡
Likely they disable denuvo on Deck and lock down quality to try to block piracy.
