please don't spread their refund policy. It's mostly just a wish from their end as your local laws might not care about things like playtime or even "refund policies" in the first.

IMO it should be the other way around - consumers should be able to refund early access games anytime during this stage, and Steam should allow another 2h of playtime after full release. It's early access - consumers are testers, what if game turn to be a dud or stuck in ea forever? IMO this change shifts responsibility to consumer over unfinished product. It's not fair.
