Why is this happening under Nextcloud?
Especially in the public sector, it is difficult for me to make statements here.

Unfortunately, from our investigations, it looks like your Google Analytics, etc issue lays with third-party Capterra, and out of our control.. You could consider an alternative review site that's mildly cleaner if you're still willing to share a review, which we would love to receive from you:
