I hear Grammarly is getting scary bad regarding privacy and such these days. Probably well worth looking into before even signing up if possible at the very least.
One important point that I believe you missed is Non-premium version of LanguageTool can be self-hosted within your own network (e.g., Raspberry Pi + Docker).
